Bandito Latin Kitchen & Cantina is a fresh concept by Kent Harman that features food inspired by Latin America with a heavy emphasis on Mexico, plus a strong focus on creative cocktails, tequila and mescal. At Bandito, fresh food isn’t just marketing talk, it’s a way of life. Our culinary team led by Executive Chef Chris Kight, uses only the best ingredients available, prepared with care, to create memorable meals.
This means tortillas, sauces and salsas made fresh daily. Juices for the cocktails and beverage program will be all-natural, and everything inside the restaurant will be sourced responsibly, and sustainably, when possible.
